Usage Tips

The Usage Tips are designed to assist you with any questions you may have about the features displayed on the Homepage.

The announcements section of the Home Page displays notification and informational messages. Selecting the View All Announcements link will display a complete list of available announcements.

The Contact Us link shows County Departmental contact information. For inquiries related to your award, invoice, payment or disbursement (warrant) information, please contact the appropriate department. If you need assistance with your activation, please contact the Los Angeles County Vendor Relations at 323-267-2725 or 323-267-2729.

Access a form using the links provided. Selecting the "Forms & Downloads" link will display a complete list of available forms.

Select the Activate button if you do not have a User ID and Password for the Los Angeles County Vendor Self Service (VSS).

The Reset Password link allows users, who have already registered and activated their account in Vendor Self Service (VSS), to retrieve and reset their password if they have forgotten it.

If you have a User ID and Password for the Los Angeles County Vendor Self Service (VSS), you can log into the fields provided on the Home Page and clicking Login.
